Marin Real Estate Bouncing Off The Bottom?

On January 30, 2011 the Marin Independent Journal ask the question on it's front page, "Has the Real estate Market Hit the Bottom? Then goes on to suggest that after modest price gains in 2010, some suggest Marin County amid housing recovery.
